Fullscreen: The one Immersive mode, Privacy Policy
Photosafe built the Fullscreen Immersive app as a Tool app. This SERVICE is provided by Photosafe at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Fullscreen immersive unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We want to inform you that we are using Google Crashlytics, Analytics and AppLovin. We are not collecting personal identifiable informations except Advertising ID. For deleting all personal data please email us directly to dunatv@gmail.com.

We use collected data via google services to improve our product.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
In-app Purchases
All purchases made within this app are non-refundable. All subscriptions are non refundable and can be cancelled on Google Play Store If a user cancels a subscription purchased from an app on Google Play, our policy is that the user will not receive a refund for the current billing period(monthly), regardless of the cancellation date. The user's cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed. It is our responsibility to notify your users of any changes to your subscription, cancellation and refund policies and ensure that the policies comply with applicable law. All pubscriptions are only for supporting our development
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Known Issues
Basic Mode: the keyboard and the back button does not work on free version of the app
Pro Mode: the external peripherals will not work using this mode. In some apps behind navigation bar and status bar some views were added, so we are unable to remove them(black bars remains).
Ultra Mode: none, if you are using Android 10 and below. Not compatible with Android 11+ The ultra mode comes as a bonus of the Pro purchase. We are unable to hide the top bar on few apps where notch and punch-hole camera is present in the display
AUTO mode needs USAGE ACCESS permission**. The permission is used to detect which app runs on top, in order to auto change the screen mode.
MANUAL mode do not need any permission, it just works.
To use the ULTRA mode, you must grant the special permission WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS. You'll need ADB and PC/Mac connection. You can find tutorial here: https://photosafeinc.blogspot.com/2020/06/fullscreen-immersive-enable-ultra-mode.html
ULTRA mode is compatible with all phone devices running Android 10 and below
ULTRA mode is compatible with external keyboards and mouse.
Known Issues only for ULTRA mode:
- none, just works if running Android 10 and below. If running Android 11+ it might work only on Samsung devices.
Known Issues only for BASIC/PRO modes:
- Android 10 + 11 might not work on some devices, the bars reappear after one second. Use the ULTRA mode to avoid the issues
- The app is not designed to work for phones with hardware buttons since our app cannot hide plastic buttons. 😊
- The app is not designed for split screen
NOTE: we invested lot of time into testing on different devices, however this app is not perfect. Due to Android fragmentation could not work properly on some devices.
* On some devices having punch hole camera or foldable devices the top black bar still appear
** Some devices do not have usage access permission or the menu is on different location
# Widget and Auto mode are available in ad free version of the app
